It can be used to over your blush as a highlight or wherever you might want shimmer.

I have a set of 3 of those...maybe the only three there are...
i use them over my entire eye sometimes, to give a little glitter to the shdow i'm wearing...usually i use it straight from brow to lash. it also heps my makeup stay in place *hardcore* so i have foudn that, when i am wearing the shimmersouffle, i don't even really *need* a primer/paint underneath to prevent creases. i'm sure that varies from person to person.
the thing i have noticed is that the shimmersouffles tend to "set-up" and create a sort of candy shell when i put them on my eyes. maybe that's because i apply it thicker there than when i just use it on my face...it doesn't bother me, it just isn't very...touchable, if you know what i mean.
i love them tho and i find them very easy to work with. the two i use most often are Goldmousse and Shimmerati.
