Simple Newly Minted, Stormbound EOTD

Sorry about the picture quality, it was really hard to get an accurate picture of these colours, I didn't have any natural light either but I still wanted to post an EOTD here seeing I haven't in so long.

It was actually much more dramatic and brighter in person.

Excuse the ugly mascara, I was testing a new one out.

PS. The matte eyeshadows seem to fade really quickly for me and the bright-ness is gone so easily. Is this just me?

It looks beautiful! I've only tried a couple of the matte colors but I build the color in layers so its nice and bright, and stays put. One swipe with the brush just doesn't lay enough pigment on for me.

Not just you, Newly Minted just did the exact same thing to me today. I looked a hot mess by afternoon, too bad 'cause it looked so damn pretty in the morning when I was done!
