maybe, but you need to use the 187 brush for that, and be carefull before you know it you look like a discoball, so go lightly with the amount of pigment. You can also mix the pigment with your foundation

I think naked and dackchair and vanilla would be very pretty on fair-medium girls, medium-dark girls would look prettier wearing tan, or maybe melon
