Here is my take on the smoking eye quad (which I'm not sure suits me)

nc50 select concealer
MSF dark/deep dark
Gingerly blush with a touch of Ambering Rose

{eyes}:
groundwork p/p
nw35 studio finish concealer as highlight
smoking eyes quad
black track f/l
Loreal luminous mascara

{Lips}:
Siss l/s
clear gloss bath & body work

{face}:
nc50 select concealer
MSF dark/deep dark
Gingerly blush with a touch of Ambering Rose

{Eyes}:
indianwood p/p
aztec p/m from Ben nye
nw35 studio finish concealer as highlight
courdroy e/s
Carbon e/s
Nocturnelle e/s (which was washed out by camera)
macroviolet f/l
Loreal luminous mascara

{Lips} :
Siss l/s
clear gloss bath & body work
