Hi all. I want to get better at making a 'cut' crease and need some new liners to practice with.
I don't want to buy high end liners for this because the whole technique is new to me and I don't want to waste it. For a while I was using Wet N Wild + NYC liners but they're pretty dry and hard to blend out, which is important when doing that type of look.
Can anyone recommend a soft/emollient liner? I was thinking perhaps NYX or Prestige...but I don't own too many pencil liners and therefore don't know what's good for a lower end brand.
Any suggestions are appreciated! Thx!
