Sure! It is kinda old, so I don't remember everything, but I am pretty sure about the eyes: Stilife paint all over, Retrospeck over lid, Espresso for the wingy crease part and for liner over Costa Riche pencil liner, Dazzlelight for brow highlight and used a tiny bit all over to blend, Teal Pigment in inner corners, and Fibre Lash mascara. I am pretty sure that is Sweetie Lipstick on my lips with a little Pink Clash l/g. I don't know about the blush....
