substitution for mac nc42 studio fix powder

hi maybe someone out there can help me ... i just recently dropped my mac nc42 powder compact on the floor and it broke into pieaces i really cant afford 2 buy a new one now and i can't go to the store and compare the color to other brands if anyone uses the same shade of color and uses another brand please let me know which would be the best substitution. thanx alot daniella..

Hi Daniella,
I hate when that happens! I am the same color iin the MAC and have successfully used Revlon Colorstay liquid in Toast(oily/combo) or Caramel (dry/normal), as well as Rimmel Lasting Finish in 400 - Natural Beige lieuqid, which is difficult to find here in Georgia. No allergic reactions and no pump with any of them. It's a bit heavier and a little goes a long way, so I dab it on and let it sit for about a minute before blending with a skunk brush in a tapping fashion. No luck with a cream to powder match, though. Hope this helps!
