I saw a eyesghadow quad by tarte at Sephora and i was interested in buying it but i am not sure how pigmented the colors are. Has anyone ever tried them and also the set powder by mac. I wear nw45 studio ssculpt and i was told on chat the clear set powder was the best. Help!
