I have personally never seen a Mac Pressed Powder with a puff inside of it...which makes me think its a fake Also, I thought you couldn't sell any m/u on ebay that had been tested/used?

yes, it is banned from selling that on ebay... that is what MUA or swapping elsewhere is for... I wouldn't want to "buy" used cosmetics...
