Tinted Moisturizer vs. Face and Body?

I have been using MACS tinted moisturizer for years and I'm currently a NW25. I was wondering what shade I'd be in the Face and Body.

Also, what are the differences between the tinted moisturizer and face and body? (i.e., coverage, what it looks like on the skin...etc.)

I'm NW20/25 and use N3 in Face&Body.

So I'm gonna answer my own question... haha

I was just on MAC live chat and the MUA said...

1. MAC Select Tint (which is now discontinued) is more moisturizing than Face and Body

2. Face and Body is water-resistant

3. They are both sheer coverage

I was looking for an alternative for Select Tint since it has been discontinued and she said Face and Body is an excellent alternative if I want sheer coverage.
