First off, I'd like to apologize because I'm sure this question is brought up so ridiculously often. I tried to find it on the site, but I must've overlooked it somewhere.

From what I've heard, they're extremely picky and there's an extensive process. That they're really stuck up and cultish. I'm not the type that likes to go in unprepared, and I guess before I even ask anyone at the counter I want to know.

So what's the process? (and could you please help me clear up the rumors! I don't want to believe they'd be like that.)

Thank you so much!

If that's the attitude that you're going to take with you, why bother applying for a job with them?

Get together your resume, then go to the nearest counter or store and ask if they're hiring. If they say yes, ask to chat to the manager and request an application. Take it away to the food court, fill it out, attach your resume and return it ASAP.
If they say they're not hiring, supply your resume anyway and request that it be forwarded to the manager for future consideration.

Beyond that, all hiring information re: demo, interview, etc can be found here - http://specktra.net/f276/what-happen...counter-30463/
