Tribalist lipgloss from Style Warriors...how to use?

So I realized I have STYLE WARRIOR (sorry!) sitting around and haven't used it. Not sure why I bought it to begin with but oh well. Any ideas on how to use it? It seems a BIT extreme.

For reference, NC or NW-or-something-50 ish.

ETA: I meant Style Warrior lip gloss, not Tribalist.
