Lol, so it's a total cop-out on the title, I'm not nearly as creative as some of you all!

Here's my second FOTD-I'm trying to get more vibrant looks going, without looking muddy. My wish list for my upcoming birthday includes a camera. I'm using my friend's and I don't really know what I'm doing with it! I thought this looked WAY brighter IRL. CC is totally welcome-I really look forward to getting tips!!!
