Well if Avon is considered under the realm of drugstore, I would have to say the following:

Ultra Colour Rich lipstick in Canela Nacar (perfect for the Sept-Nov period when it's cooling outside but I want a lipstick that looks hot with a tan)
Daring Definition or Uplifting mascaras (These mascaras are frickin' awesome but I will not be buying anymore since they are not making it in navy...

)
mark Crystal Shimmers (figure like Pigments, but they stick a lot more and they are WAY sparklier and more pastel.

Hell the entire mark Hook-Ups line is awesome, but the Crystal Shimmers and then the Orchid Luxe gloss especially.

Oh yeah, Jane Surfer Girl eyeshadow has been a staple since I was 13, and Revlon's Tangy eyeshadow (from a long time ago) too.
