I ordered it from Meschantes on eBay, just search "custom corset", or go to their website - http://www.meschantes.com
My measurements are 32/24/35, but they request like 15 different measurements. It's custom-made, so they should be able to make one that will fit you, but that also means it's a bit pricier (but worth it to me). Mine was under $200.
