What happens at an "Event"?

I am going to a MAC Pro store this weekend, but they are having a d'Bohemia "Event" the following weekend only.

I am afraid if I wait until then that a lot of stuff will be sold out.

What is an "Event" exactly?

An event is where you go and a MA does your makeup with products from the new collection for $40, but that is totally redeemable in product.

I have been to a couple, but none have had me as excited as this one
