What is the best cream eyeshadow?

Something that stays nicely over a UDPP+powder combo. How are NARS cream eyeshadows? As for colours, I'm a huge fan of the neutral "barely there" eye with a matte or shimmer brownish color for the crease. I'm an NC40 as well, any suggestions of makeup brands are most welcome.

The NARS cream shadows are really nice. I used the pink one, Nymphea, as a base for the Tokyo e/s duo once, and it looked really nice.

I like revlon eyeglide alot! i own alot of colors and they also make amazing bases for shadows! hpoe this helps! I cant think of specific shades, buuut any of them are good!

The Wet 'n Wild cream eyeshadows are very cheap and very good.

You can always use MAC Paints as cream eyeshadows. Shimma, Bare Canvas, and Stillife are great ones to try.
