That, to me look like the ASTONISH All-Over Gloss that came out with Jewelescent back in November of 2006.

Politely Pink comes out that way on me. I've done a couple of FOTDs with it if you want to see it in action.

To give it more shine I'd just put clear gloss or something like Scott Barnes 'Heavently' Flossy Glossy.
