What lip liner do you use with....?

I recently bought some new lipsticks and was wondering what liners others wear with these colors:
Ruby Woo/RiRi Woo
Shy Girl
Pink Plaid
Snob
Up the Amp

And does anyone else find that the matte lipsticks cake up/roll up? What do you apply over or under to help with this?

For RRW I use cherry For up the amp I use magenta.. I don't have the other :-(
