What shade of Studio Tech should I buy?

Hi,
I need to purchase a Studio Tech foundation for a friend as a present.
I'm not sure what shade to purchase.

I was thinking of either: NC30 or NC35.

Advice please?

probably nc30. if that is too light then she can just put bronzer or a darker powder over it. its easier to darken a light foundation than to lighten a dark one! hope that helps!
