What shade would I be in MAC foundations?

I'm NC20 in the prolongwear concealer (it matches my skintone)

I heard that the foundation and concealer shade labeling are a bit different?

Also, what shade would I be in Face & Body?

Not only the PLW foundation and concealer shading, but there are variations in colour in MAC's foundations across the board. Not all NC20s are created equal. Some people can and do match to one shade consistently, but not everyone does. (You also need to consider your skintype when looking for a foundation, of course.) Your better course of action is to go to a counter or MAC store, if one is accessible to you, and get matched in person.
