Whats working at Clinique like?

First, I have never posted a forum.

I believe I may start working there. I had an interview with the head of cosmetic manager at macys. She really liked me and said she was recommending me to the Clinique manager for an open position she has. She said this week the Clinique manager will call me to set up a phone interview, I'm assuming it may be TalentPlus..? BEFORE I ask about the job do you even think I will get the job?

Anyways, I kind of wanted to know what the dresscode, goals, and pay is like
