Which warm colors for cool complexions?

I went to a MAC store last week and the MA told me I was "cool" because I had a lot of yellow tones...but she said I could still wear warm tones.

I happen to like warm tones best (don't like blues and purples...although greens are good)...but can I just wear any warm color? and if not, how do I choose?

Also--I read on google (lol) that cool complexions have blue/red tones and warm ones have yellow?? I'm so confused! Help?

yeah i alwayys thought that cool meant red and blue undertones. Ehh I say go for warm. I think she might have gotten confused because most people would agree that yellow undertones would be a warm skintone.
