Ugh I just placed an order at Chanel.com and it accidentally processed it twice. I called Chanel.com as soon as I got my confirmation but they were already closed. I sent them an email as well. What do you think my chances are that they will be able to cancel it for me? I really don't want to go through the hassle of having to send it back

OMGosh, they are having that issue again! That happened to a bunch of people awhile back. So sorry to hear that as it is very very frustrating. I would send an email tonight marked double billed/urgent & call as soon as they open in the morning. You should be able to catch it before it processes through the order. I hate it when stuff like that happens. Sometimes it happens if I drink & shop LOL!

Do we know any availability details on the cream blush?
I hate to say it but we probably won't get it. There was a creme blush in last years perle collection and it never came to the states. It did show up in Canada last year though so maybe one of our members from there can help you if it shows up there this year.

Ahh, shoot. Winthrop & I were just chatting about the last one we didn't get. That's so dumb! Oh, I forgot it was CREME & not cream :doh::hehe:

When that happened to me they said it couldn't be cancelled. It's very easy to return with their UPS label.

I REALLY hope we get it, but if not and its in Canada, hopefully my makeup fair godmother will help a gal out again...

Can't sleep. Woke up to this news. Do we know if this is a limited release collection? Will only a few stores get it?

Edit Question answered. I saw the earlier posts. Hmmm. To Order or not to order???

Well Chanel.com was able to cancel the entire order but I couldn't do a new one as the powder is already out of stock. I guess I'll have to order it from the boutique. Did the NYC boutique get the entire collection in? Also are they still charging for shipping? I wish Nordstrom knew when they were getting the collection
