Gah, so many reasons I can't wait for Thursday! Surprisingly getting my Hey Sailor stuff is lowest on the list (I'm taking the day off of work for my Son's birthday and we are going to the beach). Hurry up Thursday!

Ps. When I did the presale the SA said I had to pick it up on Friday. Was she mistaken? It does come out on the 24th right??

Just saw T's review of the make up bags (which I really really want) and the tote. Seriously considering the tote too, even if I know I will not use it much. SO cute...

Try it first - I'm NC15 too and it made my skin look sallow and dull. Send Me Sailing gloss looked waaaay better, but SMS on top of Red Racer still didn't look that hot with my skin tone.

Hell, I almost passed on SMS, except it's the perfect level of opacity, while still having some inner translucency and depth, rather than just a dense red mushy sludge layer. My MA was thinking it was possibly using the Glam Gloss formula, based on what he saw of them at training - super pigmented and opaque plus ultra wet and lacquer-like.

I'm not sure why, but that's been the case whenever I order early from a Nordstrom counter. Sometimes I try showing up on launch day and they'll give me my order, but often I have to wait until the morning after.

Oh really? Maybe I should pass. I don't wear lipgloss so I wouldn't even be able to try that over it. I don't have a counter I can easily get to though so if it's a hit-miss thing I may just skip it to be on the safe side. I don't usually wear red anyway so it's probably best not to risk ordering one I'm not 100% sure on.

Duckrodeo your skin looks beautiful with or without makeup! So jealous of your freckles - I was just reading in allure about different summer looks for summer by charlotte tillbury, and one was where she drew fake freckles on with a light brown pencil to make models look more fresh faced.

Yay! Though not impressed with how long its taking, I'm happy you are getting your items at last! On the bright side, you'll hopefully receive them before the launch in-store?! :)

Not to burst ur bubble, but I saw Madge the last time she came through. I got a new outfit, I took my mommy, I was SIKED, unfortunately it was one of the worse concerts I've ever been to. EVER. I've been to a LOT of concerts, A LOT and some are worth buying an airline ticket, a hotel, VIP SEATS, all the newst MAC STUFF....BUT Seriously, she was just going thru the motions, u could tell she was not into it at all. I wouldn't go if someone gave me tickets. I'm still so mad at her about it & the older she gets the more unappreciative she becomes. It's not good for u Madge, not good at all. That's just my personal opinion...I don't mean to offend anyone. I'm just telling u from an avid concert going person's experience & someone who grew up on Madonna, she's not worth it. Go for the LS. If u go, have a great time & feel free to tell me all about it. Lord, I hope she's changed her stage presence, rather lack there of.

Those items I need to see IRL before jumping into them blindly, as I've already done that with the first haul. Everything is going to look great, everything is going to look great. Wonder how long it will take me to get my goods from Nordies. Probably next week! Ugh. But at least I got what I really wanted! Thank u Oh So Jaded!!!:encore:
