well now that pro products can be seen on the regular site they have everything up except for the large/duo palette. so upsetting grrr

It's also not available for those who log in as a Pro member. I'm not sure what's going on.

It was never on Pro either.

Well the description of the inserts still mention suitable for single or duo large palettes so I am hoping they are still planning on releasing them. Has anyone done a live chat with mac about it?

Wonder if we will get inserts too or if that will be delayed as well

i hope they didn't decide against releasing them because of a design flaw....i bought one of the singles, even though i'd much rather have gotten a duo!

Are the duo palettes designed to hold the 24 insert on each side? So I could have a palette with 48 eyeshadows in it? Would love to know this, I would love it:eyelove:

Yes, basicly, but the 24 inserts are not for eyeshadows (unless you press powder or other) because they have rectangular wells.

i when i went to my mac store to purchase the new palettes i asked about the pro inserts for eyeshadows and one of the MA said that they would hold 24 eyeshadows cause i thought that they were going to hold 30. thats why didnt buy 15eye/6blush inserts. i really want the inserts to hold more eyeshadows, so they better have them!! im willing to wait till dec 31st

nope all she said was that they hold 24. and i got shinny eyes cause 24 instead of 15 would be amaizing. i didnt keep asking cause i dont know that actual makeup artist and she was helping someone else. i regret it now.

Yep 24 instead of 15 is pretty cool, iv ordered 2 large Z palettes, I will have browns and one and neutrals in another, my purples palette has gone over 15 too...
