I already wrote reviews for Whisper of Gilt and Superb a couple of months ago for the Extra Dimension collection, here are the swatches again. It might help someone? Not the best pictures I know, these pics are old. lol

And I'm wearing Superb on my cheeks (old pic too):

Gorgeous look!!!! Also, the swatches are amazing!!! I so wish I own Shimpagne MSF.

EOS worked for you? It did nothing for me. I'm gonna try Jack Black too! :D
Stop talking about it, I wanna try it but need to finish a couple of lipbalms. lol

EOS is a nice light balm when my lips are less dry, but in the winter I need something heavier.

Did you try Blistex medicated lip ointment? That stuff is the best thing I have ever tried, but you can only use it at night becaue it's like creamy white. lol

I picked my stuff up today at my MAC counter as well as exchanged something for another item and Back2Mac'd for a lippie too.

Here are my thoughts:

The brushes....I got the pink advanced set and I'm SO GLAD I did! I've avoided getting the holiday brush sets prior to now because of mixed reviews but I couldn't resist this set as I can use it for a full face. They're SO SOFT and they aren't shedding at all! And the bag is cute too! If you're debating you can stop now. :D

Beauty Lipstick.....I'm a sucker for nude lipsticks and this one is a pinky/lavendar nude on me. I'm like it so far but I think I'll like it more with a liner and a gloss over it. It seems a bit more pigmented than most of the other glazes but I'm not complaining.

Catch My Eye Fluidline.......I'm also a sucker for taupes. I went back and forth on this one, but I'm thrilled with it!!! The color is AWESOME and it will work both as a liner and as a base for shadows for me! FINALLY a good taupe fluidline! I do have Added Goodness from Shop Shop Shop Cook Cook Cook which is a deeper, browner taupe to my eye (even though it is described as blackened mauve) but this is totally different!

I exchanged a Fix + (my sensitive skin was going nuts with it.....) for the Fabulousness Neutral palette. I love the packaging! I love the colors too! I'll have to play with them some, a few of them seem a little chalky but I'll be able to get them to work I'm sure.

I may have to go back and pick up a few more things depending on how money is. I'm still debating on ordering the sets on the 8th....I really want the crushed metals and lipglosses but my eyes have been acting up and the crushed metals in particular are really bothersome right now.

I'm tempted to buy the green brush set if its still around in a few weeks. Th pink one is so cute and I talked myself into that one because I didn't have any brushes for traveling.

I haven't tried that combo, but it sounds good to me.

I find it easier to apply on the lower lash line, but with a bit of practice, you should be able to apply it evenly - and winged - on the lid. Let me know how it works out for you :)
Thanks!

I'll let u know!

I prob won't dip into it until Thanksgiving!

same here. i have been using them as lip primers. the matte lippies go on better and then they dry. i love them under the wet and wild lippies that tug badly and dont go as smooth as mac's matte lippies

I havent tried that, but i've tried neosporin Lip therapy. It was ok. I have tried everything else blistex related lol
Maybe i should give blistex a try before the Jack Black.
have you tried carmex?? i love it but i cant eat or drink when i have it on because of the medicated flavor.

I know this is barely relevant but this is my halloween look using matte MAC shadows, eyelash glue (for the skin/scars), redd lip liner, and glamour daze for the "healthy part"/

I used the champagne one on lid, and the lilac one as a highlighter blended with my blush. this is an amazing discovery BTW

this is my halloween look on a bidget. I could only afford to be 1/3 zombie lol. I dont have any money after my glamour daze stuff, so I decided not to dress up and do something simple.

Ok. Here is my final haul and initial thoughts

Glamour Daze
All Lipsticks + backups of all but DE ( Innocence is my fav and it reminds me of Lollipop Loving)
All Blushes+back up of Small Vanity (I LOVE Small Vanity and think it is the most unique from the collection)
Mystery x3 (Mine looks nothing like T's and it is great qaulity)
Orpheus x3
Raven x2
All 3 Fluidlines + bu of FE (FE will be used as a base. I am not giving up on it)
All EDES except THD and Evening Grey. I got bu of Ready to Party and A Natural Flirt. Both are AMAZZZING
Flight of Fancy and 3 Impossiby Sweet. (Impossibly Sweet is sooooo unique to me and wonderful in texture)
All polish except girl trouble. (I think the pearl label on In the Limelight was meant for Endless Night and that creme on EN was meant for ItL. MAC polish has improved greatly)

All 3 Fabulousness eye kits. LOVE them all. (Best quality in MAC holiday sets in ages IMO)

Both Divine Desires Kits. LOVE both and I still think $70 was an ok price for what was inside.

Primped Out
All three brush Kits with extras for gifts for my hair stylist, my daughter and her BFF. I think these brushes feel better and like they are higher quality than any previous brush sets from MAC.
Sensual Peach eye kit. LOVE it for my purse. Opulash is a better MAC mascara IMo and I am glad I tried it.
Luxurious pink lip bag (I didn't have Lickable so I went for it. Super cute!!)

2 hanging travel bags for gifts and several pack of Kids helping Kids cards.

I had great expreiences with my orders, though most stuff is old out around town today. I love everything I got. I can see how Beauty would be hard for darker tones to wear but I like it on me and I like the bit of grey it gives my lips.

hi everyone, I'm new here. I know a lot of people are unsure about FE fluidline and I found some pictures where people are using it as a shadow instead of an eyeliner. I hope these pictures help some of you that are unsure. I have decided to keep mine after seeing this http://statigr.am/p/310856951452490426_9074693 http://statigr.am/p/310445692091024957_217712224

so ive had OF lipstick since lunch time
that was two club sodas ago and a pack butter crunch cookies
ive been talking nonstop

and lipstick still looks GREAT
not that crusty settling in the lines or when it sometimes bunch by my lip crease
nothing like NOT having to retouch your lipstick for hours
and a cremesheen at that

IM sold! getting a BU whenever they restock

I decided that I wanted WOG. I called my counter at 10:30 this AM to see if they could hold one until I got off of work. The SA said they weren't allowed to hold Limited Edition items. This is the first time I have ever been told this! I asked her if it was still in stock, and she said that they had 4. I got to the store around 4:15 and they were sold out :( But the SA said something interesting to make me feel better, he said "I wouldn't worry about it because it will be in other collections." Now I am wondering whether he actually knows about a specific collection or was just saying that... I picked up Tall, Dark & Handsome, and I backed up Innocence. I wore Innocence today and fell in love! It is a gorgeous peach shade and the glittery particles are so fine and pretty. I want to compare it to Pleasureseeker. Just off the top of my head today when I put it on, it reminded me of a less sheer version of Pleasureseeker! I was excited about this because Pkeasureseeker has become my default lippie!
