Ohhhh you will love NARS blushes and are in for a treat! My favorite is Desire.

I actually looked at T's RFL swatches next to Gilda in two different windows, which is what made me skip. :)
Love Desire...before I had so many blushes I wore it a lot.

Is it possible to pre-order from MAC/Nordstrom? I've never really done it before...just really got into the LE game.

It depends on your local stores---many seem to have different rules---or at least they enforce them differently. I frequent a local MAC store, cultivated relationships with them and they take good care of me.

Judging from past collections, the same day (or just before) the collection is available at retail stores (Nordstrom and Macy's are usually first up, but worth looking at the others as well).

Also keep in mind that a LOT of other things sometimes get restocked on MAC's site--this week a lot of the Extra Dimension mineralized products were restocked, including blushes and EDSF's that read "sold out" a week or two ago (no way to know that ahead of time tho).

I've also had good luck calling MAC stores once the collection hits to do phone orders. Sometimes I'll try a pro store, other times I pick a small town where there isn't likely to be much foot traffic. The problem is paying the $7-10 shipping fee, esp. if you only want one or two items. Still beats eBay prices tho.

Some do and some don't it really depends on the counter, I have pre-ordered with them before...but it was a hassle. I pre-ordered two weeks before fashion sets and had to call 3 additional times just to make sure that my items were on hold, because each MA would tell me a different thing. Finally when I went to pick up my stuff they told me I couldnt til a week after 0-o. Everything worked out in the end but it was a hassle dealing with those morons. Some Macy's allow you do that as well. I've heard a lot of success stories and some bad ones, just make sure you double check and get the name of whoever you speak with....and that they take your credit card info!

....and.....It helps if you deal with the same person all the time. They get to know you, your likes & dislikes and even anticipate the items you're likely to order.

If you want to get things from Nordstrom online, it usually gets released early Monday morning the week of the official launch.
