Me likey! It's perfect for ocd me. :haha: I still haven't made a spreadsheet for my MU and NP. But I'm gonna start tomorrow!

Yup! I needed it. I couldn't cope without it, it just drove me nuts not knowing what I had. Several times I nearly bought something twice and I got fed up of constantly checking my stash before I ordered something -- this helped solve it and now I know exactly where to look to know the answer. These days I order it online and put it in my spreadsheet before I've even received it. If for some reason it doesn't arrive and it isn't LE I put a strike through it until I re-order it and get it. :)

I really need to get a charger for my MacBook so I can do this!! My collection is small but everyone starts somewhere! :) I love the lists and sheets everyone's made. :)

Really! Thats nice to hear. I hope you continue to love it. I'm trying it out on someone that has a little rosacea to see if it helps them. It does have a light & lovely finish.

I hope you find Flamingo! Its so pretty on.

I use Excel for both my inventory and wishlist.

For my MAC collection, I have a tab/sheet for each product type (lipsticks, lip glosses, blushes, eyeshadows, etc.). Then I have different columns that I can filter/sort (shade, collection, permanent/LE, finish/formula, etc.).




My wishlist is also on Excel. Each collection has its own tab. The color story is on the first column. I highlight the products I want/need and key in the price on the next column. I cross out anything I already have or don't intend to buy. At the bottom of the list, I have the total, so I have an idea how much I can expect to spend on that collection (and if it's within my budget... if not, I'll need to cut my list down).

All these lists are great ideas! I'm horrible at writing stuff down and keeping track of it in note-form. It tends to confuse and overwhelm me lol, because then I over-think which section is which, if I need to color-code it and then it's a slippery OCD slope.

I'm much better off organizing the BUs themselves and by just remembering what I have. It hasn't steered me wrong yet. If I can't remember, it's just a quick glance at the bin. My BU drawers are organized by lip products and face products, in alphabetical order. I've had to gut some of my BUs though. I bought a few too many of ones I just don't wear that often to justify having the extras. *cough*hoarding problems*cough*

They do! I still feel like I have a very modest collection compared to most here, but it's amazing how quickly your collection grows. I also go through periods where I don't purchase anything for months on end which is probably why mine isn't bigger than it is. May was the first month I'd purchased anything since Oct/Nov last year! :)

It's frustrating when everyone is getting their packages and mine hasn't even been despatched yet. C'mon MAC. :/

I also really wish the other retailers would get the collection up online for me to snag Flamingo.

Ernie, what other lipsticks would suit me in this collection? I'm curious about S&S and SK but I'm not sure if they'd suit my tone at all, lol. Thankfully you're close to me so I trust you. :D
