MAC Indulge Collection (August 22, 2013)

Just doing up my swatches now and I am super disappointed in the lipsticks, except Just a Bite which is AMAZING.
SS was patchy on me and a lot like Boyfriend Stealer. By Design didn't really show up and accentuated my lip lines. FTS was pretty much my lip color. Exactly.

SWATCHES (including comparison swatches) TO COME!

I found the same thing with FTS (NC15)--it matches so exactly that it doesn't look like I am wearing anything but balm. I darkened the colour by putting a bit of Dominate on top. It didn't look good on me--made me look like a drowning victim--but I think it could work on somebody with a different skin tone to give it a bit more colour. I almost bought By Design, but hesitated at the last moment, so I'm curious to see your swatch.

On the other hand, I love Sex and the Oyster. I can't really carry off darker shadows in general, but this one I can wear since it has a lot of sheen which lightens it up, but it's subtle and not glittery.

For me FTS tones down my pigmented lips and gives me the MLBB which I wish I had (and I'm NC15-20)

Thanks for the swatches! DR looks really chunky though.

It's not quite as bad as that looks, I swatched it really badly with the tip of my fingernail- I couldn't find a small brush ... I need to wash all those brushes!

You don't even want to know how hard i tried to even it out. I think I'm going to grab Night Moth and really deepen it. Just a Bite is my new red!!!

I wanted to see how gilt gourmet looked on the lids and I love it. If you like golden sparkle, jackpot! I have sweet succulence on the lips. I'm not wearing any face makeup so please excuse the mess going on.

I was about to say that you didn't miss out on Beluga but then I realized you might be in Canada. Last check it's still available on the US site. I'm surprised that Eat Love is the only shadow sold out so far.

Yeah it shows up after I put it on thick! I wish I could find that one amazing nude for me though! Just a bite is amazing! Definitely need BU's of that!
