I'm super ready for Spring makeup!!! I'm going to do an early Spring cleaning of my stash so I have everything within my view to fully appreciate... and USE!!! YAY!

I kinda want perfect topping since everyone is saying it's amazing but honestly i'm not that into MSFs. I got 2 from tropical taboo (adored and rio) and i barely use them. i think i'll wait til it hits the store before buying

So my close Mac source told me that the reason Mac chose all Lustre's for the collection is because they wanted to revamp everything and bring a more refreshing look for the spring line. There were alot of dark matte/satin colors for the fall/winter, and alot of hard contouring, so Mac wanted to switch it up with the bright shimmery colors for the blushes n MSF. And sheer lippies to pop and look glossy for summer. I also heard that the blushes are to die for....

That makes sense.

...and I can't hear you about the blushes. They better swatch horribly and look boring, the last thing I need is more blushes on my wish list!

Naynadine, I'm sure you have at least one or two of each description in your collection already.. you could probably safely skip and end up forgetting all about this collection a month later with no adverse effects!

I have a feeling this is going to be a big haul for me. I love spring and summer collections! Drooling over the lipsticks, glosses, and fluidlines. I rarely buy MSF's and MB's nowadays, but I'm afraid I won't be able to resist those either. I'm gonna have to order from Nordies to at least get my points and maybe a bit of cash back too. :haha:

That's a complicated question.. haha. Billions of dollars, teams of marketing and consumer behavioral research experts, and hours of time spent thinking up the best way to sell us different versions of products we already have and will never feasibly use up.. in a nutshell?
