I ordered yesterday around 9:00 am PST, and haven't received shipping notice yet. I'm in Vancouver, and I expect my package will come tomorrow, since I ordered about the same time last week for Playland. Didn't get it the day after I ordered, but the day after that (2 days). You're in the east, though, so maybe yours will be quicker.

SMDH at how messy MAC was with packaging these... yall should try to coordinate swaps with the others who got the wrong thing cuz my bet is MAC aint gonna fix shit

Not worth the hassle. Instead I called my nordstrom store and asked them to hold it for me. We shall see if the MAC counter really holds it for me Thursday. If not I'm not going to get bent out if shape over a blush. I have tons more in my collection!

Oh hell no.

It's situations like that that I hate, because even though you made sure to order the item you wanted within the time frame it was available, THEY screwed up, and should be pulling out back up extra's from a magic portal of infinite supply for cases like these.

So sad. I ordered 1 OC and they sent me SB!!!!!! She said this has happened more then once-- she's letting me keep SB and OC should be here by thursday!

ETA: I'm glad you spoke to someone who quickly resolved the issue for you and even made it worthwhile by letting you keep their mistake, lol. :)

Thank you I was about to hit the button for both at Nordies!

one of the things I promised myself regarding Mac or any other product.....is to not buy or keep anything that I have to "work at it" to make it work on my skin tone cuz it just stays unused that's as close as I can come to "no buy"

Me too, I called beforeI came on here- can't believe all the mistakes and how some are not sending out the correct product? I feel very lucky.
