If it resembled the color swatch on the site, I would have gotten that one for sure!


I've been thinking about picking up Venomous Violet myself - I'm just a bit afraid of how that formula will do as dark as that lipstick is.


I'm starting to have skippers remorse over GK... but honestly I have something like it...

I have Venomous Violet, I did not find it patchy like the reviews said. With that Sheen Supreme formula I like to lightly pat it on or use short strokes. If I press to hard then it goes on thick and uneven. I really like it, its worth a chance if you like dark shades and a tad of glossiness.

That's my 2 cents.

Hi, guys. So I have a lurker for a while but I decided to post recently. This is my first time posting in a collection thread.

I was actually very excited for this collection and ordered three lipsticks which were Lingering Kiss, Hearts Aflame, and A Novel Romance. That's actually a lot for me since I usually order one thing from a collection. XD I'm still debating on whether I want to get Fun Ending blush but I might have to try that in store since I'm not much of a blush girl.

I have some questions as a makeup noobie. What do you guys line with for dark, vampy reds like Diva and Hearts Aflame? Can I just use Cherry? Any cheap drugstore (or MAC) alternatives you can think of? Can I line Lingering Kiss with Nightmoth? >_<

Rimmel has a red liner that's not expensive. I have to find it and I can give you the name.
