I read that most of you are disappointed to see Stony showing up bluer than grayer... but that's exactly how I'd like it to show on my skin: more blue than grey

Fed Ex finally decided to show up.

Soooooo happy with everything!

Next to Skin is the most natural looking contour I could have asked for. I really like it as a subtle cheek color too if I want a little definition without taking away from whatever else I have going on. And of course as an eyeshadow. So multi-purpose.. but I'm going to resist the urge to back it up. I use so little product with each application that things last forever anyway.

Breaking Ground is so deliciously wet as a cheek highlight. I really liked it on my eyes too.. it'll crease but whatever, it's going to be fun anyway. Maybe as a more subtle version of the "glossy eyelid" look that is on the horizon. I SO wish it was lip safe though.. that would have been so stunning.

Obviously Bare is a touch browner than I expected but on my lips it just muted them out so slightly and ended up being better than the look I was picturing anyway!

I know this collection wasn't a favorite for a lot of people, but I love nudes and I'm so impressed with everything I picked up.

I just received my goodies!  I took a quick pic to share with everyone.  This was taken indoors and my skin tone is NC30-35.   L-R, Artificial Earth, Marsh, Stony, Shitaki Stony turns a little blue on me, which i'm disappointed about.  I was hoping it was more brown/gray than blue/gray. Marsh is very pretty and looks like there's a gold sheen to it, at least to my eye. Artificial Earth is just meh.  i have similar colors to this already. Shitaki is a great fall color and i think it pairs nicely with the shadows. I also received Taupe and Next to Skin.  i'll post another picture shortly. Hope this helps!

Oh, you are using some oldies but goodies. This is gorgeous, not gonna lie, I am gonna copy this (they say imitation is the best flattery, so consider yourself flattered!). I love both Diamond Dove and Hush, so I am digging them out to plagiarize your EOTD! Really pretty here!!!

Aww, I hate to hear about your experience with Stony! Stony definitely pulls more taupey gray on me. Just goes to show how big of a factor our natural undertones are!

Thanks! I have to say with I might used more Outré now that I have NW. Sometime it pay off to purchase a couple of odd color.

I should add that Artificial Earth looks like a boring pink here, but on my cool toned eyelids it is the first and only "base color" that works on me. The mauve undertones make it something really special, very subtle, but different from every other peach/pink/nude that I have ever tried. On dark or warm skin tones this may look like just another subtle light pink but if you are nw5-20 this may be your jam!

Love them both, but they are quite similar. Outre is more golden/yellow based on me (NW15 ish).

Dolly, if you are wanting Outre, definitely pick up NW! It is a wonderful crease/blending color. I use outre ALL the time and can see myself reaching for NW just as often.
