MAC x The Simpsons Collection (Sept 4, 2014)

I went at 11:30 and it looked like the shadows and blushes had not been swatched yet and there was only one other person there buying foundation.

Since I ordered online I didn't go in once the collection was on counters, but now i am curious on what had happened.

That trillion dollar look quad Sideshow you blush Grand pumpkin I usually wear neutrals with a red lipstick, this is a little out there for me, but I really like the quality of these shadows.

I never expected too much from this collection but I love it! I'm buying doubles! Grand Pumpkin- I thought this would be coral and look bad on darker skin but it's perfect. I think that this is probably my favorite from the collection. It exceeded my expectations. Don't be afraid to try this if you have dark skin! Itchy and Scratchy Sexy Red Blazer- The first pic is the lipglass blotted for a stained look and the second and third are full opacity I also bought Nacho Cheese Explosion. It settled into lip lines but eventually evened out on my lips. I have to figure out how to mix it.

I agree, when I opened my box I was meeh! I looks so generic, but once I put it on my face, I love the look it gave me. I haven't like a blush this much since royal sunset from all about orange.

I am still confused about Temptalia saying that it was powdery for her. It wasn't like that for me at all. It worked really nice and buffed really well.

My wasn't powdery either, it could be the brush, some brushes pick up too much product.

Ladies you are all looking stunning! Got my goodies! I love the packaging. And it's nice and sterdy. Very good quality, esp the quad. And Marge bitch face gives me life! Lol Can't wait to try out SY. It's so pretty swatched. I didn't really have time to play with them but I did wear IS&S. It does remind me a lot of Athena's Kiss. But I loved that gloss so it's a good thing. That thing was just too dang big so it went bad. Think I'll wear the extra ingredients quad today. Or SY, not sure which one yet. Pretty much convinced I need the green quad now!
