Would look amazing on you!I know, right!? Damnit!
I am absolutely not a Winter. I look good in high contrast, but not brights, rather softer, more muted colors.Quote: Originally Posted by lilinah![]()

It's so strange how it works and the subtle differences seem to make all the difference! I'm definitely a bright winter (although some bright spring colors can work). I do best with bright colors and high contrast in my makeup and clothing. I'm still considering getting Styled in Sepia for the unique factor, though. These types of shades don't come along very often!
Anything for you my love!Super excited for this collection! @Dolly Snow I'm going to need that wake up text again!![]()

Haha, I like the song reference! I know what you mean about belonging to two seasons. I definitely feel that way. The bright (clear) winter palette never fails me, but the bright (clear) spring palette definitely has some shades that I can rock. I would consider myself neutral as well. I have to mix yellow and pink based foundations to get a true match. A lot of people automatically think I'm NW because I carry redness in my face (mainly in my cheeks) but aside from that, I'm definitely more neutral. So, has your list changed at all with the additional swatches we've seen?I am absolutely not a Winter. I look good in high contrast, but not brights, rather softer, more muted colors. Most of the color systems i've seen - there are 4 seasons, 12 seasons (each has 3 variations), even 16 where each has 4 variations. For me the problem is they specify warm or cool, and i'm neutral - so i partially fit into more than one. In the basic division, and at its most simplistic, Springs look best in warm colors, Summers in cool colors, Autumns in warm colors, and Winters in cool. With another layer added, within each season some people may look better in clear, pure, saturated colors; or lightened (whitened) colors, or muted (greyed) colors, or darkened (blackened) colors. For the most part, clear, pure, saturated colors wash me out. But i don't fall into a cool or warm group, so i'm a little bit country and a little bit rock 'n' roll... err... i'm a little every season... light muted, dark muted, cool muted, warm muted.
Yeah, I'm on the fence with Nouvelle Vogue. I have to wait and see if it would be the least bit unique to my stash.Quote: Nope. They're nice colors for someone else. But i'm sticking to Styled in Sepia lipstick and Bespoken For lip liner, although probably I'll give Fashion Revival a test. Nouvelle Vogue would probably look nice on me, but it's so... so... so normal. And i have other lipsticks in that sort of color that are languishing, since i don't have to look "normal" very often.
It is kind of bleh for me. I can tell there will be so many dupes for it.Quote:

Me too! I'm actually now thinking of getting a bu because it's a slightly darker shade than Kinda Sexy which btw is my all-time favorite nude.Pander Me has the potential to be one of my new favorite darker nudes. I'm getting pumped!
Kinda sexy is fabulous so I'm sure I'll love this one! The texture looks like it will be nice, too, from what I can tell.Me too! I'm actually now thinking of getting a bu because it's a slightly darker shade than Kinda Sexy which btw is my all-time favorite nude.
I agree. The texture does look very promising. Usually these sort of colors tend to give me no problems but I'm a little worried about Living Legend because Lingering Kiss is a finicky one to put on. I've found that I have to wear Ozone lip pencil to get it to work on me.Kinda sexy is fabulous so I'm sure I'll love this one! The texture looks like it will be nice, too, from what I can tell.
I miiight get Pander Me. But that's it.Noooo, don't you dare say that!!I think I'm gonna skip all the lippies. Still interested in the salmon en coral blushes though!
Love it!!
