The information is there, even I answered the exact same question a few posts above you.
But to answer your previous question....Pro discount is not applicable on special packaging items immediately.
You will have to wait 2 weeks after the in-store launch, so that Pro discount is available.
During the holiday season, even with a perm item, you can get the free gift wrap.

Like I said non actives can't win. I even clarified to when and why and even stated I knew the 2 week rule.
