Yeah, I've noticed that. The 800 UPS CS gal I got last night...I seriously could not understand ANYTHING she was saying & it was all the more irritating. I asked her if she had laryngitis.

I had that happen with my Dior cosmopolite powder that went missing...I believe they are sourcing their main CS reps out of the country. I apologized and told one person point blank I couldn't understand them, and I was routed to someone obviously U.S.-side.
Nope, as of this morning, they cannot find it. Everyone just kept telling me that it would be delivered every day. I called the UPS 800 # last night & they are doing an investigation on it now which takes 8 days.Its crazy that not one person knew what was going on with it.
So I called Sephora cs today & got another really really great smart & pleasant gal. They are expediting another one to me & gave me $20 in my online account. My BU of it is supposed to arrive today from Nordies, so at least I'll still have one. I feel lucky that it was still available at Sephora & not sold out.

Wow, that's really great to hear about the powder! I thought it was a bit odd that they did not offer refills for such a nice powder.
Yay to the replacement one and BU from NOrdstrom!! I tried the powder today and i love love it! It doesnt get chalky at all no matter how heavy handed i went it and nor did it make my foundation look flat matte!! How i would have loved to buy few refills for it!! I would have surely gone for it if that was an option and I NEVER back up anything!!
Look of the pic of me wearing the rouge g in the gallery. It will look just like that except less glossy...the color pulls identically on me. Will still try to remember to swatch for you when I get home today. I'm MAC N1/NARS Terre-Neuve for reference.

How hard is that going to be
I would open them, dust them on my face, put the lid back on & into the box & put them back like I had no idea
Wow! That's a pretty steep penalty. I guess that's an effort to make them more accountable.
