Yeah, I've noticed that. The 800 UPS CS gal I got last night...I seriously could not understand ANYTHING she was saying & it was all the more irritating. I asked her if she had laryngitis.and btw ups customer service is constantly getting worse . my last couple of calls to them ended in my screaming at them and hanging up the phone
i caught them not telling truth and would literally read of there "rules bla bla" and they would still be like NO NO NO NO
i am so shocked how shitty their service has gotten
