Help on contouring and highlighting, oily skin, and concealer

I am having issues with my Mac Pro longwear nc 50. Powder: MSF dark. I am beginning to look light and my skin is very oily any suggestions besides milk of magnesia. Also I need to figure out what to use for contouring and highlighting with those foundation and powder and also concealer to use

What's your skincare routine? Do you use a primer before foundation? Do you want a shimmery highlighter or something more matte? Do you want a concealer for blemishes, for under the eyes, or something that can be used for both?
