I actually like the 129 better too, because its denser. however, I do use the 187 for bronzers, hightlighter and my more pigmented blushes like Deep Pink.

I actually ended up liking the 129 better as well. The 187 is great, but it actually applied my blush a little too sheer. I like to see some color on my cheeks. So now I use the 187 for bronzer, sometimes foundation & it works great for that.

I find the 129 alto more precise in application too. So I use it when I want a definite contour of blush. The 187 I se for washes and a sheer glow.

ButI'm actally looking into getting the large angled contor brush for even more precise blush/contour application.

for my sheertone shimmer blushers i prefer to use 129 because it applys more colour on to my face..

however for HIGHLY PIGMENTED blushers...i use the 187

I just got the 187 brush and it definitely lives up to the hype. I purchased it specifically for my high pigmented NARS blushes.
I also got the 116 for the less pigmented blushes.
The jury is still out on the 116-I need to play with it a bit more before deciding whether or not to keep it. It seems very similar to the ELF blush brush that I picked up, so it may not be worth the $$$ to keep it. I may end up returning it for the 129.
But the 187-AMAZING.

I am looking to purchase a couple of MAC brushes for applying blush. I am, however, worried about the shedding that everyone talks about.

I bought the 116, 187 & 188 recently strictly for applying blush. I haven't had any issues at all with shedding and I absolutely love them! I think I love the 116 & 188 more than the 187. They are well worth the money!

Recently bought the 129 brush. I went for the 116 but it was not in stock and picked this one out instead. So far, it works beautifully. I will still pick up a couple more of the brushes eventually.

I purchased the 129 brush as well, even though I have the 116 and honestly, I LOVE them both. The 116 is great for applying the color right where I want it and then I use the 129 to buff it out, which it does beautifully. Some people said I didn't need the 129 if I had the 116, but I disagree-I use them differently, they each perform a different function and they do it well.

I am definitely gonna pick up the 116 eventually. I can see how having both of them can come in handy

I have both as well, but I find I use the 129 way more than the 116.

I just picked up the 138 to use for mineral foundation. Love, love, love it!
