Pinkpsp: Hi, I do not have any MAC counters nearby, so I am planning on buying the Flashtronic collection online.
Pinkpsp: However, I have never used MAC products before. So I was wondering how intense the Mineralized eye shadows are ?
Sara: Mineralize Eye Shadows are finely-milled shadows, and they are quite easy to apply. You can sheer them out for a soft look, or layer them for more color. These shadows can also be used wet (I would dampen your brush, not the shadow) to create a more intense look. This is a limited edition shadow formula that is extremely popular with MAC customers, and I'm sure you will love them too!

Pinkpsp: thanks. Also, how can I use those mineralized eyeshadows to create a clubbing look ?
Sara: You can create dramatic eye looks (try a smoky look by patting ETHER on the lids from lashes to mid-lid and blend well, and smudge CARBON Eye Shadow along the lashlines) easily with this collection. Try using the shadows wet for a "clubbing" look if you want more intense colors.
Pinkpsp: thank you! I do have one more question regarding the wet brushes
Pinkpsp: will the moist affect the quality of the eye shadow ?
Sara: Please see above--this particular shadow formula is fine to use wet, as well as dry. I don't recommend wetting our regular shadows too. It may harden the surface and make it harder to get good pigment. Just stick with Mineralize Eye Shadows if you want to use your shadows with a wet brush.
