I'm NC15 for comparison. The first swatch is in daylight, the second swatch is under a lamp so you can see the shimmer. Applied with fingers. I love it! I can wear this one as blush by itself. Edited to add: I had no idea I was so freaking pale! I mean, I knew I was pale...but sheesh!
