    Is it better to start at Nordstroms as <sales assoc, counter manager,dept manager>

    Those are my choices in the interview. I have had my esthetician license for 6 years and dont want to make a mistake or sell my self short... Ive never really " pushed" product... any help would be appreciated. Thank you,
