So I'm turning 23 on Oct. 22 and I just burned $250 on makeup today. I'm trying to say it's for my birthday, even though I've already opened most of it. I spent over $100 at just the MAC store! Previously I only owned three of their eyeshadows... now I've got pigments, palettes, lipglasses...

I just moved in to town for school and I am itching to check out the local shopping destinations. Any veterans wanna show me the sights or fellow new gals wanna find out the hot spots with me? I am from California, so all this fresh air and open space not filled by parking lots and malls is...
