Just want to say it because this is one of the most perfect pale peach lustre of all time and it's L.E. What a shame!!!

I bought this blush in the pan form last week. I'm not able to apply it. The shade is very nice but it goes everywhere but on the cheeks with a regular blush brush. Is it me? or you experienced the same. What's the best brush? TIA
