Every girl that I see on youtube..doing a tutorial... fills in her eyebrows.....is it really that necessary...??? I never even bothered with it...

So...Im in canada...and we have a store here called Ardene...and basically it sells accessories like scarves, sun glasses, jewellery, hair thingies...anything and everything... i've gotten things there quite a few times but today i found out that they carry eyeshadows too...i bought six...

so yesterday i got my face waxed for the second time...and today im seeing so many bumps on the side of my cheeks..even my husband noticed..he thought it was a allergic reaction...it doesn't hurt or anything...basically i think im breaking out.i don't know what to do..anyone experienced this...
