What's the best foundation you have used for dry/flaky skin? Doesn't have to be MAC.

Okay, this is my first post here... I recently bought the Neo Sci Fi Time and Space e/s and really like it. I was thinking about buying Bold and Brazen, and I was wondering if the two were similar at all, and if not, is there a permanent e/s already that is like Time and Space? Thank you.
