hey i was just wondering if anyone used the mac eye kohl pencil? if so, can u use it as basic eyeliner cuz it seems a little soft and smudgey? sorry if it seems like a stupid question, but i hardly wear makeup. and do you apply it to the top or bottom? or both? Thanks

for a black dress would u wear silver shoes or black shoes? and would it look weird to wear summer type heels since it is winter?
