Is it true that the MAC for Luella TLC's are going to be on maccosmetics.com? I thought they were a Saks exclusive! Or is it just the rumormill spreading evil rumors?

I bought a jar of Dark Soul pigment, but when I opened it it looks like over 1/4 of the jar is gone. I bought other pigments as well and they are all full. Has anyone else had this happen? Are they packaged by weight and Dark Soul is heavier? Sorry if any of this sounds stupid. :?:
