    Dealing with Stress

What are some coping strategies that you use to deal with stress? One of my favourite ways to deal with stress is to work out but sometimes I lack the time to do so with so many things going on my life. I'm interested in learning some more coping strategies that are effective. What works for you?

    What do you bring out?

I definitely have thought of this! I tend to carry around a really big bag with a bunch of things that I think i'll need "just in case" but never really ever end up using. I'm always thinking "this is completely unnecessary" but still continue to do it anyways lol. Anyone else relate?

I saw this the other day and I can't stop thinking about it..

For sure!!!! I've always liked this eye look but never really had the courage to try it out because I don't know if I would be able to pull it off! I usually don't wear eye makeup (except for mascara) and when I do I stick to very very natural looks with neutrals. But I really do love this and...

    Is it true? That..

Oily skin can be a a result of many different factors. A lot of the time skin can be oily due to genetics, age (ageing skin tends to be more dry), using the wrong type of products and the time of year (it's usually more oily in warmer weather).

    Speak Up And Help

Thanks for sharing this, it's so important! It's wonderful that she has someone like you in her life for support in all aspects of her life. A lot of the time, people, often ones close to us, deal with mental health in silence due to the great stigma that surrounds it. This is why I agree with...

I agree. I've been thinking of doing this and it just might be the solution I need to reflect on both the positives and negatives that social media brings to my life.

    What do you think?

Is social media a mask? Does our involvement in social media hide our naturalness and bring out aspects of ourselves that are not necessarily "real"? I'm struggling myself to answer this question. I think for me it kinda does. The way I present myself on social media is always with a thought...

    Lashes serum, should I try?

Not sure if you've heard of it but I've used EyEnvy and thought that it really worked for me. It's more on the expensive side (in my opinion) ranging from $60-$100 CAD for quite a small bottle (about 2-3mL) depending on the retailer but with only a month of use I found that my lashes with...

The pandemic has made this past year pretty difficult in many aspects. My anxiety has been heightened with the thoughts of virus being contracted not only personally but by family members who are elderly and more susceptible to it, the effects it has on society (for the worse..) and this rapid...
